Full landscape install and redesign.
Quite simply – 360 Landscape were heroes to us. Our yard needed a complete overhaul, front and back. We had large trees and shrubs removed and our yard was a mess. We had a landscape designer complete a design and we started to look for a landscape company to implement that plan. We experienced frustration when the companies we contacted never returned our emails or phone messages.
After a couple of months of trying, we received a referral to 360 Landscape. I made the call and they responded within minutes and the next day they were at our house reviewing the landscape design and looking at the current state of our yard. They were enthusiastic about the design and committed to giving us a cost and schedule estimate. We received their bid within a couple of days. They met with us again to review it in person and in great detail. They worked with us to explore options that would help us get the estimate closer to our budget without sacrificing the overall impact of the design. They were clear in their explanations and we agreed on the plan and they put us on their calendar. They had one job ahead of us and they committed to start right after that was finished.
They showed up on schedule and went to work full force. They gave us estimates of how long it would take for each phase of the installation, demolition, irrigation, plant ordering, plant arrival and install. They were very accurate with their estimates. They communicated regularly about what to expect and they always showed up when they said they would.
They collaborated with us to refine our plant list order – making suggestions of what would work best in our area as our plan had several options to choose from. After the initial installation, we decided to add more plants to the design and with an agreed upon change order, they accommodated our requests.
From beginning to end, they were available for questions, through email, or phone call or in person. Their responses were timely and were always helpful and comforting. We appreciated their work ethic, their enthusiasm, their skills and talent.
360 Landscape guarantees the plants for one year and so now we are evaluating what did not survive the winter. We are working with them to determine what to plant instead. We have been fortunate that only a very small amount needs to be replaced – thanks to their help in knowing what works in the Utah environment. They are also helping us to make sure the irrigation system is in good shape to start up again for the season.
360 Landscapes have become our trusted partners for all of our landscaping needs. We hired 360 Landscapes to redo our front and back yard in 2019. They did a fabulous job. We appreciated their knowledge of plants, sprinklers, drainage and grass. We live on a mountainside and deer tend to eat our plants. Devin gave great plant recommendations and listened to our wishes and requests.
